There are dozens of photo booth vendors in Honolulu but Party Pix Hawaii shines above the rest! Whenever I spoke to Eric Bautista he was prompt, enthusiastic, professional, patient and kind. We booked Party Pix for our daughter's wedding reception which was held the end of April. Eric used one of their wedding invitations to design a custom layout for the pictures and we were so thrilled! He nailed it!
The LED open-air photo booth was perfect for us! We used the natural foliage of the Luau Garden at Hale Koa as the backdrop and the results were stunning! This set-up allows for larger group pictures. Our guests loved it and kept the booth busy all night. Even the bride and groom got in the action several times with friends and family and everybody had a blast!
The quality of the photos is top notch too! Crystal clear, sharp images and true colors on every photo and they were ready in seconds. Lots of people good advantage of being able to immediately post to Facebook, email, etc. We also got the scrapbook option so one copy was put in there right away and then the guests wrote a message by their picture. This is a priceless gift for the bride and groom to have!
I know that feeling when deciding what to prioritize within your budget and where your money will be best spent. All I know is that if you have a Party Pix photo booth, I promise you will not be disappointed. Your guests will have so much fun! Many of our guests have told us that the photo booth was the most fun things at the reception and even the bride and groom agreed. It really is worth the money. Party Pix Hawaii is the BEST! We'd absolutely do it again!

Booked Party Pix Hawaii for our wedding in July. Although you can certainly find a photo booth company for a cheaper price, Party Pix was worth the higher cost. :) Eric was extremely professional (he is AWESOME with timely correspondences) and I have no regrets choosing this company.
I have seen several photo booths at parties, weddings, etc. and this one was definitely the nicest/cleanest. It had a lot of space inside and there was a bench to sit on (I've been in photo booths where you have to stand). You have your choice of several different templates to choose from, and the props were funny -- my favorite was the white board... seeing people's messages in the final photos was hilarious. :)
At the end of the night, you get a flash drive of all the pics, AND they are all posted online so one quick and easy link on Facebook will allow all your friends to see their photos. In addition, there is an option to allow people to email/post it online themselves which you can turn on or off. Actual photo copies are also printed from the booth after the photos are taken. My husband and I found Eric and Party Pix Hawaii at one of the wedding expos. What made their company stand out was their attendants' extremely hilarious sense of humor. They had us cracking up amongst the overwhelming and somewhat stressful masses at the expo. They were also unique because they offered a larger photo pod instead of the standard photo booth, which allows more people to take a photo at once. For these reasons, we hired them for our wedding which we held earlier this month.
Eric was always prompt in his email responses which anyone who is planning a wedding knows is the true mark of an amazing vendor. During the planning process, he offered many options for customization of our experience. We were able to choose lighting and curtain colors, songs to be played in the pod during our time of service, and they provided a customized template for our photo layouts. The design process was so easy. We simply emailed them photos of the invitation for our event with a description of our theme, and they designed a beautiful layout that perfectly suited our vision.
On the day of, they were truly accommodating despite some hiccups with layout issues that arose during the set-up of our reception venue. Our guests commented on the fun props that were provided and the friendly customer service of the photo pod attendants. At the end of the night, (per our package), we were instantly provided with an album with written comments from our guests as well as a thumb drive of all the photos that were taken. Plus, our photos were posted promptly (within 2 days) on the Party Pix Hawaii website gallery for easy access for our guests to view as well.
I would highly recommend Eric and his team to add extra fun and enhance the memories of any of your future celebrations. Keep Smiling :)

BEST PHOTO BOOTH EVER! We would like to thank Eric Bautista and his crew from Party Pix Hawaii for an exceptional job at our wedding! We ordered the Plus Package Convertible Booth, and it was everything we could ask for. Customer service was excellent and the planning process with Eric was a breeze, no complaints at all!
Everything was customizable to what you wanted, the photo prints, background, and music! They had the social media kiosk, which also allowed guest to send their pictures to their phone! The quantity and selection of props he provided was top notch.
Because we were so busy running around during the wedding, we forgot to grab our photo print, not only did Eric put it in our album he also texted the pictures to my phone! The guest enjoyed everything about the photo-booth, it was definitely a highlight. At the end of the night, Eric gave us our photo album that included messages guest wrote, along with a USB drive of all the photos.

This was the best thing about our wedding! Everyone had so much fun and we got so many compliments. We worked with Eric and he was very quick to respond to any questions we had.
We got the deluxe package, which we were able to play a song of our choice, we got a photo album of all the pictures our guests took and each pic had a little message from the guests. There were attendants there who always made sure the camera was focused. Ive gone to parties with photo booths that the camera wasn't centered or it was blurry and out of focused. our package also had really fun props. My dad tried to steal the "father of the bride" glasses. lol. in addition to the photo album we also got a thumb drive with all the pictures that were taken. We had a lot of pictures because awesome points UNLIMITED PICS! Our nephew Jonah took full advantage of that.
Eric and his staff were so nice and most importantly they worked with kids sooo well. they took our theme and made a matching template for the photos. All those little touches showed how much thought and care goes into their product. They were just amazing and our wedding was so much more memorable because of Party Pix Hawaii.

From the moment we met Eric at David's Bridal to the end of our wedding, the customer service they provided us with was amazing. Finalizing all details with Eric was made easy through email and phone conversations which helped with not adding any unnecessary stress. At the wedding, many of our guests mentioned to us how much fun they had dressing up and taking pictures. Both young and old alike.... everyone jumped in! Creating memories is one thing but capturing those memories is a whole other thing. We used Party Pix Hawaii as part of the entertainment for our wedding reception. We loved everything about them. Eric was professional the whole way through. My groom and I told him what we were looking for and he provided us with everything that best fit our budget and desires.
We ended up getting the Luxury booth and it was a great choice. We were asked to provide a list of songs to be played while pictures were being taken and they played them throughout the night. Having a photo booth was kind of a last minute decision for our wedding in 2012. I found them while searching for photo booths on the internet. I wanted an actual photo booth (not just a backdrop with a photographer) and didn't want the usual black box that everyone else has especially since it wouldn't go well with my wedding colors. I booked the minimum package with Eric months prior to the event. The week prior to our big day, he perked up the cover of the photo paper by adding designs that complimented our vintage theme. He added our tiffany blue color along with doily borders. It was super cute. We loved it. Their props were fun and neatly displayed on the table making it easy for people to look for the desired prop. And the quality of the pictures were sharp and clear.

Eric did an amazing job at our wedding this last September 2014.
I had inquired about Party Pix Mobile Phone Party services 5 months prior to my wedding and each time was greeted by professional, courteous and prompt replies. My biggest concern before booking this unique service was the ease of use and quality of the prints. Eric explained that each table would have instructions on how to use the Mobile Phone Party app which, day of the event they did. As soon as I received sample photos from Eric, it was a go. The quality of the prints and paper were surprisingly good.
I wanted our guests to be able to take home a 4x6 photo album wedding favor filled with pictures they took while at our wedding ceremony and reception and yes, they sure did fill up their books and kept Eric busy!
The Party Pix Mobile Phone Party option allowed our guests to take photos with their very own smart phones at our wedding and then, using a special photo app send them directly to a photo printer in the room Eric had set up via wi-fi. Printing was instantaneous. As soon as someone took a photo, they sent it off to the printer and Eric placed it in a photo holder, ready for pick up at the photo table. At one time our guests were printing so many photos the table ran out of space for the prints.
In addition to the ability to take as many photos as our guests wanted throughout the night, Eric also setup a Photo Booth with lots of fun (and not too cheesy) props . Wasn't expecting this at all, but the flower petal background was great.
The photo booth was welcoming and Eric's recommended flower petal background with a red carpet was a great fit for our wedding. The Mobile Phone Party was a hit with our guests, and gave my husband and me instant feedback of how the nights event went from our guests perspective.
At the end of the night, Eric gave us a USB drive that contained all of the fun photos our guest had taken. One surprise added bonus/nice touch Eric did was to incorporate our invitation design of a bird of paradise onto the bottom of the photo prints with our names and date of our wedding.
Definitely a unique experience for our guests. Money well spent! Thank you Eric! I would happily recommend Party Pix Hawaii.

Totally trendy and very sleek. I was able to experience sitting in their booth at a birthday party and loved first and foremost the person in charge of the whole thing. HIGHLY recommend Party Pix Hawaii to anyone wishing to DAZZLE and entertain their guests while capturing PRICELESS memories of their event. Business owner, Eric Bautista, is really easy to work with, informative, efficient, and just a super friendly local guy. The booking process was a cinch as he responds to emails so quickly. Setup and breakdown was fast and seamless and the event itself went exactly according to plan. I loved the border that was included on all of the photos. It was custom made to fit our 'happy garden' theme. I was very pleased that we decided to use the green screen photo services. With the larger photo area, our guests were able to take large group photos and Party Pix Hawaii printed out multiple copies of the photos for our guests to take home, which they all LOVED. Our guests had so much fun dressing up in the colorful props and I thoroughly enjoyed looking through all of the pictures once the event was over. I will cherish the memories captured by Party Pix Hawaii and without a doubt hire them again for any future events.

ERIC AND PARTY PIX HAWAII ARE AMAZING! Two weeks before our wedding and we finally decide that we want to have a photobooth! Luckily I contacted Eric and he was able to make it happen! Eric was so kind to work with my short time line and quickly drafted up a contract for me to sign. He is extremely professional and nice too!
A week before the wedding Eric was able to send me samples of templates to choose from that I could use for the photos and they all looked great! We went with the giant open air photo booth and it was such a hit! Prior to the wedding, I sent Eric a detailed map of where to set up and we discussed the timeline of when to set up and break down the photobooth. On the day of the wedding Eric and another attendant arrive promptly to set up and knew exactly where to set up without direction! Everyone loved the photobooth and the props definitely added to the fun!
My only regret is that I did not formally get to meet Eric that day as it was so hectic during the wedding! THANK YOU so much Eric and Party Pix Hawaii. You were such a great vendor and made planning a destination wedding in Hawaii from California super easy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My advice to planning a wedding, even if you've been to one wedding expo, go to several more, they give you good deals and you find people like PartyPix Hawaii who can provide you with the best Photbooth services.
The quality of the pictures where outstanding and the BEST that we had ever seen. Its like having a professional photographer take the pictures right in front of you =). The booth was always Organized and kept clean after every photo. The props were FUN and plentiful. Great Selection! The person running the photobooth was very nice and helpful. All of our guest were impressed at how great the photos printed out. The best part is when you are able to send the pictures you have taken, directly to your email. There is a kiosk they provide along side that guest can access to either print more copies or email them directly to themselves. The lighting in the photobooth was great. Usually lighting in other photobooths are so dim, that there's a shadow on your face. NOPE not PartyPIx! lighting is on Point!
You are not limited to just one style of photobooth, or even a type of camera you use. They have a variety to choose from. We had chosen the LED Mini and it worked great!. They also have a beautiful spread of different types of backdrops and they customized the layout of the photos to match your wedding. Eric works with you over a course of a year. About a month prior to the wedding he sends you an email of a checklist of what they need from us, and finalize the backdrop, photo layout, etc. Really organized and fun to work with. You'll regret it if you don't book them =)

The week of the wedding, we let Eric know that we changed the theme colors to our wedding and he was very accommodating and met our needs with no questions asked. There were two attendants working the photobooth that night. We went with the mini-led open photobooth & got tons of compliments from our guests. There are lots of back drops to choose from and you also get a USB with a copy of all the pics taken that night. We would definitely recommend Party Pix Hawaii to everyone!

After browsing through the internet, I found Party Pix Hawaii. With my son's graduation party being only approximately three weeks away, I was worried that they would be booked. Eric Bautista is so nice and so easy to talk to and reassured me that it's okay and after quickly checking his schedule, he told me he had an opening! That was music to my ears! I was so clueless to which booth to choose since the last time I rented a booth was in 2006. Eric was so helpful and patiently explained the difference of their booths. After hearing what I was looking for, he recommended the Infinity Photo Booth and I ordered the Deluxe Package for 3 hours. We communicated several times through texts and emails and he showed me three templates to choose from. I had a few minor changes and it turned out exactly what I wanted! The day of the party, Eric and his staff promptly arrived and started unloading and setting up way before the guest arrived. All the guests enjoyed their experience with the photo booths and some even said they want them for their future parties. Having Party Pix Hawaii was definitely money well spent and Eric and his staff are professional, patient and super nice. I already told Eric that I'm planning a party in three years and I won't wait long before booking them again to make sure they have an opening!
